101 Furniture Centre - Terms & Conditions

101 Furniture Centre repects all the rights of our clientele, in doing so we also encourage that all of our customers to work together with us to comply with our standard terms and conditions in placing an order. These terms and conditions are as follows:

*	Order Confirmation through email is used as a proof of purchased Order
*	50% Deposit of total Purchased Order upfront
*	All goods will start in production once deposit is received
*	All goods that are ready in stock will be completed in +/- 15-30 days starts when deposit is received
*	All goods that are NOT ready in stock will be processed in 75 days of completion starts when deposit is received
*	All goods are available for cargo pick-up only when full payment received
*	All goods that are already taken by nominated cargo - Lost or Broken item is NOT our responsibility
*	No returns or cancellation for all goods purchased or ordered, unless there is a prior aggreement
*	All deposit will be lost, if goods that already purchased or ordered are not taken after 1 month from validity date

For Special Order - Terms and Conditions:

*	We are able to make furniture with special request / design from our customers
*	All design for custom made has to be provided with clear measurement in Centimetre (CM) and clear image of the design
*	Production time for custom made furniture 75 days when deposit is received
